You may cancel your membership at any time with a 30-day written notice. Please note that there is a minimum commitment of 3 months before cancellations can be processed.

We understand life happens. If you must miss a month, your facial rolls over for up to 3 months. Please note, no refunds will be issued for unused months.

If you are unable to use your monthly facial, you have the option to either roll it over or gift it to a friend. Please note, only one rollover or gifting is allowed per quarter, and the rolled-over or gifted service must be used within the following 3 months or the service will be forfeited.

If your payment is declined or late, you’ll have a (2) day grace period to bring your account up to date. Services will be paused until the account is current. The membership will automatically be canceled if the account is delinquent beyond the grace period.

We require 72 hours’ notice to reschedule your appointment. Any less than 72 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of that month’s service.
