Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice to avoid any charges.
Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Day-of cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service value.

To ensure we have enough time to deliver your service with care, we ask that you arrive 5 minutes early to your appointment.
For waxing appointments, a 5-minute grace period is allowed.
For facial appointments, a 10-minute grace period is allowed.
If you arrive late within the grace period, time will be deducted from your service to ensure the next client is seen on time. Unfortunately, full service cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals.
If you arrive beyond the grace period, you will be required to reschedule and will be charged 100% of the service fee.

We want you to love the products you purchase from us. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit.
Unopened products can be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase.
Once a product is opened, it is considered a final sale and is non-returnable.
All sale items are final sale and non-returnable.
Please note, we do not offer cash refunds.

We kindly ask that you do not bring any guests with you to your appointment unless they are scheduled to receive a treatment as well. For the safety and enjoyment of you, your child, and other clients in the building, we ask that you leave your child at home. Additionally, we kindly request that you leave your pets at home as well.
